Datasance

Datasance is an enterprise open source company building the platform infrastructure for distributed edge environments. We created "Edgelet", one of the lightest container runtimes designed specifically for far-edge and device-edge environments. We also develop an enterprise open source EdgeOps platform that provides a single control plane to securely deploy, orchestrate, and operate workloads across heterogeneous edge infrastructure, regardless of the underlying hardware or workload. The platform includes built-in secure service connectivity and distributed messaging fabric. Datasance also maintains the Eclipse ioFog codebase, helping advance open source edge computing for the broader community. At Datasance, we believe the future of computing is open source, where intelligence flows seamlessly across every device and system throughout the edge-to-cloud continuum.
