Ferry has served leading Telecom, Tech and Media companies in Europe, Africa and Asia on a wide range of issues related to strategy, digital transformation, and technology. Some of his recent work includes supporting a cloud player on its 5G/EDGE Telco strategy, the 5G strategy of a large North American telco, the 5G IoT strategy of OEM, spinning out the B2B/Cloud services from a Telco into a new global Tech company, setting up a new mobile operator in Asia and supporting 3 fast growing
tech-start-ups to shape market entry strategies.

Ferry has launched 4 operator (2 in Europe, 1 in Africa, 1 in Asia) and several other new business for his clients. He also co-founded McKinsey Centre for Advanced Connectivity, which help clients from various industries to identify opportunities that arise from new connectivity solutions such as 5G and LEO satellites. Before relocation to Amsterdam, Ferry was based in Singapore were he led McKinsey TMT practice in South East Asia.
