Joseph Radecki is a Managing Director in the TMT Investment Banking Practice with KPMG Corporate Finance, a global leader in middle market M&A. Joseph leads the firm’s coverage of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (AI-IoT), Edge Computing and Communication Technologies. Over his nearly thirty years of investment banking and strategic advisory experience, Joseph has worked as a trusted advisor in closing more than 130 transactions including merger, acquisition, divestiture, equity and debt capital formation, public offering, recapitalization, international/cross-border and strategic advisory assignments. He has worked with clients ranging from emerging technology innovators to large, multinational industry leaders. Prior to joining KPMG, Joseph was a Partner at St. Charles Capital (acquired by KPMG). He also served as Managing Director in the Global Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets where he built the Communication Technologies practice and held, over time, leadership positions including Global Head of Communication Technologies, Head of Semiconductors, and Head of Hardware Technologies. Joseph is a frequent speaker on capital markets, M&A, and investment banking and has also lectured at leading graduate business schools around the United States. He holds an MSc with Honors from the London School of Economics.
