Build a system that operates on NB-IoT, then seamlessly transitions to Non-Terrestrial Network (satellite) connectivity when terrestrial coverage is removed. The switch must preserve session integrity and minimize disruption.
Latency, signal quality, and failover timing must be visible in real time.
