In this hands-on workshop, we will demonstrate how to create a complete Internet of Things (IoT) solution using the new MikroTik KNOT LoRa Gateway, a TG-LR8-out LoRasensor, and The Things Network (TTN). Participants will witness the entire process, from configuring the MikroTik gateway and connecting LoRa nodes to TTN, to visualising data in real-time.

We will cover essential topics such as frequency planning, including switching between 868MHz and 2.4GHz, device registration, firmware over-the-air (FOTA) updates, decoding useful data, basic integration scenarios, and adjusting sensor settings via downlink messages.
